1.วันนี้ทั้งวันการควบคุมระบบการไหลเวียนของเลือด ได้แก่ ความดันโลหิต ชีพจร อยู่ในเกณฑ์คงที่เป็นที่น่าพอใจ

2.ส่วนการให้ยาเพื่อกระตุ้นการไหลของโลหิตใช้น้อยลง ซึ่งถือเป็นสัญญาณที่ดี

3.วันนี้เริ่มเห็นมีการขยับศีรษะบ้าง 2-3 ครั้ง ซึ่งเป็นสัญญาณที่ดี แต่เนื่องจากว่าขณะนี้ยังต้องใช้เครื่องควบคุมการหายใจอยู่ จึงจำเป็นต้องให้ยาเพื่อกดการเคลื่อนไหว เพราะฉะนั้นอาจจะประเมินลำบากนิดนึง แต่ก็ถือว่าดีขึ้นเพราะการขยับศีรษะเป็นการบ่งบอกไปในทางที่น่าจะดี ส่วนการที่ต้องกดการขยับไว้ก่อนเพราะว่าเวลาใส่เครื่องหายใจ คนไข้รู้สึกตัวจะอึดอัด จึงมีการตอบสนองว่าเขาจะต้องมีการขยับ ต่อต้าน แต่ถ้าต้องใช้เครื่องคุมควบหายใจจึงจำเป็นต้องให้ยาคลายกล้ามเนื้อ กล้ามเนื้อจะไม่มีแรงในการขยับ เมื่อช่วงวันนี้เห็นคนไข้มีการเคลื่อนไหวซึ่งนั้นแสดงว่าน่าจะดีขึ้น

4.อาการเลือดออกตำแหน่งในช่องปอดดูเสมือนว่าน้อยลง
